I unfortunately don't have much time for artists who don't have a strong work ethic or put everything into their performances.

She has not given a shit in what way? Actually 2004 marked the beginning of the most artistic period in her career. But, that's what happens when you walk into some shit and didn't do your research, besides looking at sales. Having the biggest mental breakdown yet recovering and having a comeback? Maybe you can read between the lines and can see why being a pop star is not 100% of her life? Britney has a family and kids. She is the only one in her entire circle that is famous. She does projects for her FANS, for herself. Either way you look at it... But, she does it on her speed. March 19, 201411 yr Lily's a huge fan of Britney. When Britney was on radio 1 she wouldn't stop tweeting about it. She loves Britney. You can like an artist and still not want your album to perform as badly as someone else's. I mean it's universal knowledge that Britney's had a flop album to some, to others they didn't even know she released an album. I know people that don't think she's released an album since "Circus".
