I guess the release dates confirm that they are releasing the single and album on the same week, which I think is a terrible idea. They should focus on one at a time. Because they should be doing as many performances and plugs for WAYWF one week, and then doing some hits performances the week after. Not to mention, having two versions of the same song on iTunes on release week really makes the top version suffer, too.

I'm probably being paranoid Polly here, but I find it strange that there are pre-orders already for digital copies, but not physicals. I'm sure there will be eventually but I'd be so annoyed if it was download only.

 

The album artwork looks good. Much better than the single cover, although the text could be a bit larger.

I don't think so, people have already ordered a physical of the 'tour edition'.

LOVE the album artwork!!

 

They needed something bright and colourful, I feel the covers are usually so boring.

 

LFTW artwork was so bland, it got lost on the shelves in stores, I still think a fair few physicals are sold in Supermarkets from the casual buyer so hopefully this cover will stand out and help sales even if only slightly.

100% agree. Even if it does look badly photo-shopped, I think something that pops will really help them, especially with it being summer. the LFTW artwork was so dull.

 

There are no big album releases surrounding this release, if it can sell 15 - 20k in it's first week, it could comfortably go to number 1. (Though of course the heavily rumoured Adele Beyonce-style release will inevitably fall on this week).

That's kinda clutching at straws. :lol: None of those things are *really* relevant to their videos at all besides the roller skates.

It's the 'tour edition' - Which they bigged up as something special at the time, so i'm hoping it's something different again. I want to order this box set though.
