Which is your favourite B-side from this era's singles?

I think it's close between "Wildfire" and "Bigger". Both are amazing, but I think "Wildfire" had the potential to be a single, whereas "Bigger" only a good album track. So I'd say "Wildfire". I love their acoustic "Somebody Else's Life" too. Of course "Turn Myself In" too, which I think had single potential. They are all very good anyway!

01 Wildfire

02 Bigger

03 Turn Myself In

04 Somebody Else's Life (Acoustic)

05 On The Radio

06 Love Come Down

Wildfire is without a doubt the beat b-side of this era maybe the beat b-side they've ever done. Really could have been a single had this era turned out differently.

Wildfire is in a different League

Wildfire>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Bigger>>Turn Myself In>>>On The Radio>>>>Somebody Else's Life (Acoustic) >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Love Come Down

My list is exactly the same as April and Cameron's. Wildfire is one of the greatest things they've ever produced and it still hasn't burned on me. Bigger is great, Turn Myself In is nice, and the other three are pointless in my eyes. I agree that Wildfire could've been a hit (Top 10 at least) had it been released instead of Gentleman.
Did they not also write Wildfire?

I meant produced like created, not literally produced  Of course The Alias produced it, but the Sats did write it.

It would've been nice if they had released a song which they'd written as a single too. Anything's better than the "Gentleman" crap.

It would have been a fantastic achievement for them to have a song the wrote released as a single

Wildfire is very average. I do NOT understand the love for it.

Bigger is pretty interesting, Turn Myself In is alright, I didn't even listen to the B-Sides for Disco Love and Somebody Else's Life is shit.

What B-Side do you like then?

Inwas expecting On The Radio to be massive but it was just so void of any personality.

I'm not really a fan of B-Sides in general. They're nice, little extra songs to have but there's a reason why they aren't singles or on albums.

Flashback was pretty amazing, and I liked Crashing Down. I don't think I bothered listening to any of their others. I heard 'Ready To Rise' on a flip video and thought it was shocking, and covers or acoustic versions of songs usually don't appeal to me.

Have I missed anything good?

They have some of the best b-sides in pop history!

'Wildfire' would have been murdered by Capital, I'm so mad that release wasn't the other way around.

Imagine What About Us then Wildfire.. I genuinely believe they'd have had 2 consecutive #1 singles and they'd have cemented themselves as a huge group. It's so sexy and sleek.. It's unbelievable.

And also, Shadow2009.. You're wrong. The b-sides aren't cast offs from the album.

They go in the studio well after the album sessions to record the b-sides.

I'm in absolute disbelief that you don't appreciate their b-sides.. You're missing out big time.
