Not Giving Up done alot worse and got to #14 on iTunes, so this could do a but better especially considerin that the EP has been doing alright and they should have more promo than Not Giving Up.

the problem is the GH is out the same week, so if people buy the album they wont buy the single cos they have the track

and yes NGU was from an already-available album, but I think its a safe bet that GH will have more sales than LFTW

No disrespect, but do we really need these kinds of updates? It's a tad depressing :(

Personally, I don't mind as long as it doesn't fall into the whole "it's flopping so hard, they are so gonna get dropped after this, this is going to miss the official top 999999, it will probably be their least successful single" and stuff,. I think these are usually really uncalled for and depressing (unless people are joking, then I can get on with the banter) and people should wait for the release week before even starting to think these, but at the same time, I think we're kinda need to know where the single stands and how it's doing so we don't get our hopes too high ... :/

I'm really just putting my hopes into the album at this point. ^_^

Signing onto being a Saturdays fan means signing up to a fair few depressing updates.

BUT, it makes any positive updates all the more exciting! O

I was gonna go with the iconic "I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR ANY OF THIS!"

But I technically did when
I signed up
for that awful mailer dedicated
to the fans

Loving how ten months or so Disco Love is selling quite well! Surely it's between 130k and 155k, just guessing?

Wow, that is sad! And definitely makes me fear for this release.

It was at 132k in February so it's probably close to 140k in sales and could be approaching 150k with streams added in!

Yeah, I'm incredibly worried about this now. Cher 'Sirens' was doing better on pre-orders and just missed the top 40 with more airplay! 'Lay Me Down' had much more airplay and just missed the top 40.

This is actually incredibly worrying now. Rizzle Kicks & Kiesza are both top 300.

I hope they do promo. Also physical CD signings would be good too, they could to the single and the album, I know it might be too much for their little arms, but I am sure they can manage just one week of hard promo

Promo Schedule

Monday: Google Hangout

Thursday: Lets Cook With Mel & Gina

Friday: Good Morning Great Britain.

Saturday: Chasing The Saturdays re-runs on 4music.

That's what it will be....

It's quite worrying that all of their lead singles so far have gone top 10 yet the one leading the greatest hits is looking like top 40 will be a miracle! :drama:

This was always going to happen when they got snubbed by Radio 1 and Capital and is why there's no point of releasing anything else beyond this singlewise. Let's just hope the album can shift some sales.

The single will be massively hindered by streaming, too. No airplay = no streaming.
