I hope they do promo. Also physical CD signings would be good too, they could to the single and the album, I know it might be too much for their little arms, but I am sure they can manage just one week of hard promo

It's not as easy as it sounds - say they decide to do three signings one day after another and go from one end of the country to another. Can you imagine Una, Rochelle and Frankie all doing that with their baby bus?

Promo Schedule

Monday: Google Hangout

Tuesday: This Morning

Thursday: Lets Cook With Mel & Gina

Friday: Good Morning Great Britain.

Saturday: Chasing The Saturdays re-runs on 4music.

That's what it will be....

You forgot This Morning for this time ;)

Rochelle will be on This Morning on the Friday presenting. She should have the girls there all day and they can perform every half an hour. Imagine that promo

sad but true

horrified when NGU went to no.19, now it seems like if WAYWF went to no.19 it would be good news

WAYWF is doing better than Not Giving Up...if it peaks the same or lower it will be because of streaming and the album. But it's doing better on preorders.

is it really? thats shocking. 2 weeks to release and no sign of it in Pop Top 1500

edit; OK so it's #1363 in Pop but shouldnt it be in Overall by now? when did NGU make the overall?

About 3 days from now when they finally realised 59p was the only way to shift some copies.

Finest Selection

#757

#186 and 1140 (Pop)

What Are You Waiting For? - EP

#462 (Pop)

What Are You Waiting For - Single

#1348 (Pop) - It's a bit sad though because most of their recent singles are actually higher than this.

I would really like some performances on TV right now where they could try to sell the song and the Greatest Hits in advance. They could also definitely put the song at .59p when the promo kicks in to really maximize it, not before that.

The album is holding up extremely well on iTunes still.

As much as I'd love some early TV performances they clearly aren't ready if Leicester is anything to go by.
fingers crossed for the album. Cher Lloyd's single entered the charts at #41 this week but her album is currently #5 on iTunes. Predicting same fate for WAYWF/FS

I can't see WAYWF missing the top #25. They will so SOME promo, more than Cher, and you can't forgot that WAYWF went to #104 and spend a week in the top 1,500.

I was really surprised by Cher's low placing, the song was 29-30 on iTunes all week and the EP was always around lower Top 40. She was 29 in midweeks. Guess the streaming thing hurt her. That's what worries me about WAYWF more than iTunes sales

I think it was probably to do with streaming and The Now effect with Cher tbh.

No - she was #32 on the sales only chart.

Leah Mcfall is #32 on iTunes and has had decent enough promotion and is looking likely of missing the top 40. Pixie had a similar iTunes chart run and is going to be miss the top #75.

Lay Me Down has been played over 900 times in the last 30 days which is more than you can say about The Saturdays  (although when I checked yesterday they were at 289 and today they are at 321, so at least it's being played a bit even if it's by stations no one listen to)

I'm still surprised why Capital isn't supporting them a bit more? Radio 1, I get it, but Capital?

I thought this song would be right up Capital's street but they haven't even looked at it. They haven't playlisted Kiesza yet either

even Marvin hasnt played it!

I see loads of people requesting it on Capital's twitter (along with Cher's Sirens) and Capital (including Marvin) just overlook them. It's really sad
