It has been a long time coming, but it finally looks like Nicole’s new single is on its way.

Scherzinger’s first solo attempt, Killer Love, was released back in 2011 and after a couple of years on The X Factor, we thought we’d have had new material from Scherzy already.

However, judging by some comments made on Twitter recently, it looks like that new material may be coming sooner than we think.

Choreographer JaQuel Knight took to Twitter last night to say that Scherzy is ‘more excited than ever’ to let us all hear her new music, but we just have to wait a little longer. So, it sounds like Nicole is currently planning, or is in the process of filming the video for the new single.

He tweeted: “Everyone asking about @NicoleScherzy – we are more excited than ever to give you this new music… beyond!! #JustWaitOnIt #GoodIsh”.

He later tweeted: “That’s all I’m saying about @NicoleScherzy’s project… And that it’s really good!! Haha #NicoleScherzinger #ComingSoon”.

When Killer Love was released back in 2011, it landed at number eight on the UK albums chart, but I’m really surprised that Scherzy didn’t cash in on her time on The X Factor and release an album around the live shows.

However, Killer Love did spawn a number of singles including Poison, Don’t Hold Your Breath, and Wet.

Many people forget that we have already had a single from Scherzinger’s second studio album – Boomerang. Boomerang was released very early last year, but it only managed to peak at number 6 on the Official UK singles chart.

After hearing the news last night, one fan tweeted: “Just don’t keep us fans waiting for too long!”

Another added: “Wooo!! Can’t wait! So stoked!!! Can’t wait for her to kill it musically & of course slay the choreo. ;)”

Hopefully the new album will be worth the wait, as it seems like we’ve been waiting FOREVER to hear new Nicole Scherzinger material.

HURRY UP. :drama:

Still love 'Boomerang' (and obviously everything else that happened before that!). Would absolutely love a new 'Right There'!

01. 'Whatever U Like'

01. 'Right There' (50 Cent-less)

02. 'Poison'

03. 'Baby Love'

04. 'Don't Hold Your Breath'

05. 'Boomerang'

06. 'Wet'

07. 'Try With Me'

OMG. Such a strong singles discography!

I think only "Don't hold your breath" is strong. Other singles from Killer Love were forgettable and "Boomerang" should have never happenned.

"Whatever U Like" is my fav and I know I'm the only one enjoying it.

For me it's this top 8

01 Whatever You Like

02 Don't Hold Your Breath

03 Wet

04 Right There

05 Poison

06 Try With Me

07 Boomerang

08 Baby Love

I absolutely adore the top 4, like 5,6 & 7, but absolutely hate Baby Love

Hopefully soon actually is soon as my faves have always kept me waiting for months when they say soon

'Wet' deserved to do so much better in the charts - sold brilliantly for a song missing the top 20. I actually can't believe radio refused to play it following the success of right there.

Try With Me is also incredibly underrated.

No you're not :o I adore it as well (hence why it's number 1 for me, but I wanted to only do official singles )

Agree with both of these points! :D

It's called Your Love and will be out the 4th of July in Germany (and I assume worldwide too)

She apparantly scrapped the whole album she recorded with Will.I.Am and recorded another

Why break the habit of a lifetime :(

She's constantly scrapping albums

Let's be fair. It's probably wise cancelling the will.i.am produced album haha.

It's good job she's f***ing rich, because she's probably recorded more than all the other divas combined at this point, and the record label aren't paying for it!

Who is she with now?

I don't think she's signed to Syco.. She's on Sony though. I'm sure it's with RCA?
She's with RCA (Not sure if only UK or US too tho)
