May 15, 201411 yr Author I guess the POWAH of not being an ABC production was at play there. It ended on it's funniest and most touching episode in a long time and also it was a pretty fitting finale for the show too, really. Still ABC are c**ts for cancelling the best comedy on network TV.

What would they do about the characters graduating? This is true, but then they could probably have spun another 13 episode season out of that and maybe have one more of them being away and stuff. It kind of feels like they had a fair idea it wouldn't be back and accelerated that plotline, along with a few others, a bit.
