March 3, 201510 yr Really looking forward to this. Yeezus had it's moments, but it was just so self-righteous, it was off-putting. I've enjoyed most of the singles so far, and I like when he mixes it up with rap and singing, so I've high hopes for this! All Day is a belter.

March 8, 201510 yr Also as well as having no cover it had no lead single, so that made it seem more sudden I suppose but it wasn't a surprise release.
March 9, 201510 yr 'Yeezus' wasn't a complete surprise release but its release date was only announced a few days / weeks before release IIRC (a bit like Kendrick's new album).

March 12, 201510 yr New track 'Awesome' is out there - apparently his laptop was stolen and the track was leaked. I am so hoping it isn't on the album (which is a good possibility if it's a leak) because I think it may be my least favourite Kanye song ever :(
