April 18, 201510 yr Her performance of Say You Love Me was amazing on Graham. You couldn't find fault with that vocal. I've always thought she should do more promo - because performances like that, for the kind of artist she is would really get her album selling. Her album is already #7 + #11 on iTunes after that performance, claiming like 240 places each. <3 Edited April 18, 201510 yr by Joe.
April 18, 201510 yr Really gorgeous performance on GN. Still annoyed she didn't perform 'Champagne Kisses', but only because I want that to be a hit of some sort. 'Say You Love Me' is absolutely gorgeous though and deserves so re-recognition, so I'm not too mad!
April 19, 201510 yr The album wasn't even charting on Wednesday and has re-entered the top 40 at #23 today! She's deserves much better promo - I always felt Jessie could be massive if handled properly. 'Say You Love Me' also re-entered at #63!

She's deserves much better promo - I always felt Jessie could be massive if handled properly. I've always thought the same. Granted, she's never been particularly well promoted or prominent but it seems odd that the album probably won't outsell 'Little Red' for instance, as I would have thought that Jessie (and particularly 'Say You Love Me') would have a lot of MOR appeal to older demographics who buy albums. Great to see 'Tough Love' got a nice chart boost anyway as it's a very solid effort from her. Edited April 19, 201510 yr by Noahspike
April 19, 201510 yr I'm hoping her label will see what an impact promo does for her, and give her more slots, as it's evident that they're missing part of her target audience by having her music only on Radio 1.
May 13, 201510 yr Jessie was back in the live lounge again today, and once again covered Jealous. This time it was the far superior Jealous by Nick J. It's fantastic. https://soundcloud.com/alex-ia-5/jessie-war...ers-live-lounge
May 13, 201510 yr Listen now, it's fantastic and she's made it her own. Such talent! I like the fact she didn't change the gender references in it too. B-)

May 14, 201510 yr 'Jealous' suits her and her sound SO MUCH. I do wish she'd hurry and catch a (proper) break though. She has the potential to be as huge as the likes of Ed/Sam/Adele etc... so it's gutting to see them all the way up there as she's struggling to get a top 40 hit/million selling album these days. :(

I think her target audience is probably more of the Radio 2 audience than Radio 1, and that's where sales are missing tbh. Also, she's going to be on the John Bishop show performing on the second episode - Not sure when that is though? Edited May 14, 201510 yr by Joe.
July 2, 201510 yr This album is looking at going silver in the next week or two, which didn't look possible after its initial performance, but it's been a very slow but steady seller over the year. Say You Love Me is also on 140k, which is decent.
