Here's my opinions on what I've watched so far, New Girl was average but still had it's laugh out loud moments whereas The Mindy Project I just found enjoyable not overly funny. Red Band Society was all sorts of amazing, Gotham wasn't too shabby but it could go either way, The Blacklist was alright and Big Bang was Big Bang.

and Big Bang was Big Bang.

Enlightening

It is what it is.

The Good Wife adjusted up to a 1.4.

Big Bang got a 5.3/5.4

The Voice 3.9

The Blacklist 3.4

Scorpion 3.3

Gotham 3.2

Dancing with the Stars 2.0

Sleepy Hollow 2.0

Forever 1.5

Top Model 0.4

Big Bang was down on last year for both episodes but different night more competition. Solid start for Scorpion behind Big Bang but will drop a lot next week.

The Voice way down from last fall but a great start for The Blacklist.

Big start for Gotham but probably due to the big hype will be interesting to see where it goes next week. Low start for Sleepy Hollow but I imagine it will stay stable around 1.8.

DWTS down on last week, poor start for Forever.

Top Model surprisingly steady.

Ok, so Madam Secretary is off to a pretty solid start. Definitely has a lot of potential, the main issue with the pilot (aside from telling us half the story in the trailer) is that they really made a point of her being super folksy but super smart, which is fine, but it all felt a little MUCH. I think once they relax that side of things a bit it will be a much stronger show.

Great cast too, though I would have liked more Bebe Neuwirth.

Forever is SO shit. I could only manage like 10 minutes of that crap. Please cancel it and burn all the copies of that show and stuff.

pffft out of the new shows this season, this is one of the few I think it stands a chance of getting a full season. It's VERY good. And I usually don't like Sci-Fi elements.

I need to find a solid and reliable and good source that the Uni won't sack me for using. Suggestions welcome.

South Park back

Love how their episodes have become so much more thematic and relating to particular events in real life. They have been doing it for a while but now it's so much more apparent.

DOUBLE YAY AHEAD

Dominion and Defiance have been renewed for 2nd and 3rd seasons respectively by SyFy. Both with 13 episode orders. Now I just need Continuum to complete the set (even though it's actually Showcase and is like 90% dead).

Also CBS have greenlit another 2 seasons of Big Brother for all you basic ''reality'' tv fans out there.

Is Defiance any good? Didn't want to start it during Season 1 as I wanted the story to progress a little.

In a word, yes. It's got lots of little bits of story/style from loads of sci fi greats of recent times (Firefly, BSG, Stargate) but it's definitely starting to come into its own now, so glad it's been renewed. It's not earth shatteringly good, but it's one of the best (indeed, ONLY) examples of sci fi on TV right now.

HAVEN.

Big Bang Theory repeats will run at 8:30 for the next three Mondays (good news for Scorpion). Once TBBT shifts back to Thursday, it will be leading into Mom whilst The Millers moves into the Monday 8:30 slot.

The messy part is that the two sophomores will trade places again in January, but depending on how things play out CBS may not follow through..

For the 3 or so people who also love Cougar Town, Bobby is only going to be a recurring character in this last season :( Brian Van Holt is doing another show.

Yeah I read that. I think he's my least favourite, so I don't really mind.

I want to watch Transparent, which came out on Amazon.com yesterday, but no one has ripped it yet :(

The pilot was amazing, so I'm excited too and can watch with Prime but don't goats the TIME right now.
