Absolutely LOVE 'Rude', whilst 'Crazy Stupid Love' is dire and most definitely Cheryl's worst single to date (which is a shame as I do like some of her discography). Oh well, hopefully MAGIC! get there next week!

what an awful #1, i hope magic make it next week.

i think im gonna get magic's album too

Cheryl managing to hold on :o

Why the surprise - the signs were obvious from iTunes all week.

I thought Magic might have gotten a large boost from weekend streaming. :P

Go Cheryl! Rude sounds timeless and dated all in one, I guess reggae is an ageless genre.
this is the worst number top 2 in weeks, possibly of 2014 so far. both tracks are terrible however saying that I am glad for Cheryl to have a 4th number 1 cos it makes her discography look better

Glad it looks like 'Rude' should easily climb to #1 next week still. When was the last reggae #1? Could it go all the way back to UB40 in the 90s or am I forgetting something obvious?

George Ezra's single and album have been in the same position every one of the last 4 weeks. Fun.

Next week's top 20 contender

Biography

Lodewijk Fluttert (born 8 October 1991), known by the stage name of Bakermat, is a Dutch musical artist and record producer from the village of Markelo in Overijssel, now based in Utrecht. He is signed to the Soulmax agency. His music is a mix of electronic, house and techno music produced in a minimalist manner and with further jazz and soul influences.

Fluttert started his musical career while studying psychology at Utrecht University and moonlighting as a DJ in his spare time. He released his two EPs in 2012 called Zomer EP and Vandaag EP. The title track from the latter, consisting of an integrated sample of the "I Have a Dream" speech by Martin Luther King, Jr., charted as a single in the Netherlands, Belgium and France in late 2012 and spring 2013. In 2014, it was rereleased by Sony becoming a major charting hit particularly in Germany and Austria.

His 'Uitzicht' EP was released in 2013 on Soundplate Records. It has appeared in several iTunes charts including top 50 positions in the overall chart in Belgium and the Netherlands. Other popular tunes include "Black Cat John Brown", "Leven", "Strandfeest" and "Intro". He has also released a number of mixtapes on his soundcloud account. Bakermat confirmed that he will be performing at Tomorrowland 2014. - Wikipedia
