August 23, 201410 yr God, that programme was/is truly awful, I can't believe I sat through it especially after being awake for 21 hours. That performance wasn't their best but it was GREAT!!! Very fun and exactly what the girls should be doing! Defiantly the best performance of the era (not like it had much competition, but still). The styling was great and the choreography actually worked. It felt a little disjointed at first but the transition from All Fired Up to Ego to What About Us was flawless and the audience seemed great, even though it was full of 11 year old girls. I'm so glad Frankie mentioned the tour and Una wasn't asked anything otherwise they'd still be on TV as I write this. It was great to see/hear them perform live, well it sounded live to me so even if it wasn't, they fooled me haha! Hopefully this helps keep the album alive for a while and I hope they do a little more promotion before the tour starts even if it's odd pieces of TV/Radio promotion just to help keep the album afloat, I'd rather! It has more potential then their past albums to sell gradually in smaller amounts. Vanessa did good job getting it all together, but I don't think it's fair to give her all the vocal. Not only because I want Rochelle to sing more (of course), but Vanessa was clearly struggling with 4 other girls on her side eating out of their nose. I don't care if they decide not to move to concentrate on their vocals, but if they do.. they really need to concentrate on their vocals. It's easy to say they can't sing, they CAN sing but they are a mess at the vocal arrangements in the group. It's not the Chasing Lights era, don't rely on Nessa too much.
