I didn't think I liked it on first listen but I have not been able to get that chorus out of my head since.

On first listen I think it's bad :unsure: nothing to it.

Really not feeling it. The video is nice enough but the song irritates me already. Dreading it being everywhere like it no doubt will.

well done...I love her and her team for starting each era perfectly.

 

The song has a very feel good vibe which I am sure it will become one of the biggest hits of this year.

In isolation the song would be fine (if clichéd and unremarkable) but the video is so nauseating. She thinks she's charming but all the faux hipster / left of the mainstream / cutey-cute-i-cant-dance-or-shake-a-pom-pom stylings are actually really obnoxious and make her quite unlikable. It's trying so hard (so very hard) to be the next All About That Bass. It even looks cheap, which for an artist like Taylor is quite unforgiveable.

her music is actually quite good (Mine, Mean, Red, You're Not Sorry, I Knew You Were Trouble) but her overall personality/attitude makes me highly dislike her

 

also that song is terrible for someone with such capability. the lyrics are bad (especially in the bridge) Despite this, it is probably the most exciting thing to happen in the past few months for pop music however she needs to f**k off cos it's Iggy's year. :coffee:

Not a fan of the song. I have to say her team have been fantastic in managing this announcement etc. Not yet been any hiccup really, and created a lot of hype. Many artists could learn how to handle a release from her.

well i LOVE IT

 

it may well be following the zeitgeist as opposed to redefining it but a good song it is nonetheless.
