So happy to see Meghan at #1. It's truly been the biggest track in America for the past month, so it's nice to see the charts actually reflecting that.

Meghan #1?!

You'd rather have Taylor at #1 again, with that non event of a lead single?

You gonna be okay, boo. Just shake it off~

I do actually prefer that to Meghan, but I wanted Anaconda eventhough it didn't stand a chance to begin with :(

(IU'm not going to be okay. This tragedy will haunt me for the rest of my life OK)

EDIT: Altho I am currently kind off enjoying the song

'Anaconda' shouldn't get the #1 anyway. The way its airplay and sales are going, plus with its streaming peaking already, people are clearly getting bored of it already. Will probably be gone soon.
Other highlights of Trainor's Hot 100 coronation: "Bass" is the second debut No. 1 by a lead female artist this year, following Iggy Azalea's seven-week reign with "Fancy," featuring Charli XCX. The last year in which two maiden entries by women in lead roles ruled the Hot 100? 2008, when Leona Lewis ("Bleeding Love") and Katy Perry ("I Kissed a Girl") each dominated on their first tries.
Are they forgetting about Perry's groundbreaking gospel album? :kink:

Did she have a HOT 100 charting single from that tho? :kink:

IDK. I'm gonna go with... No it was a big fat flop and barely sold 200 copies? :kink:

Not far off 'This Is How We Do' then :magic:

TIHWD is doing quite well, it's a slow burner and it's coming for that top 20.
