Another thing that takes ages, is Interscope updating her RIAA certs. There are several singles that can be like millions of units higher (Judas and Shallow in particular).

It has, if taken into account the streams before the album release, as they do for certifications. Its real sales (since release) are at around 500k.

I'm confused how can they take in streams before the album was released? Surely the album got no streams? Either way congrats on her getting another platinum album.

I don't know but it's just the way labels count it these days...but to me, the album sales start from the point it's released.

The times are different but a cool stat!
