[] [3] Sia-Chandelier Sales: 336,080 47. [28] [3 in 2014] Jennifer Hudson- And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going Sales: 330,480 48. [57] [2] Lana Del Rey- Money Power Glory Sales: 329,300 49. [29] [9 in 2014] Starships- We Built This City Sales: 328,260 50. [] [5] Jess Glynne- Right Here Sales: 306,990 The outer 2 are 2014 new singles, the middle 2 are both older singles and the inner song is an album track in the first section. Kicking us off at 50 is Jess Glynne's dance smash Right Here which has earned over 300k and held on great after peaking at 5. Jennifer Hudson had big success with And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going after I re-watched Dreamgirls and couldn't stop listening to the music from the film and We Built This City also spent time back in the charts after being featured in an advert and it was in The Muppets [another song from that movie will be up very very soon]. Lana Del Rey was at 48 with Ultraviolenceland but not real life single Money Power Glory. The song made an impact by debuting at 4 on the week the album was released so it got a single release at the start of August where it re-peaked at 2. This is the first of 8 Lana tracks in the top 100. Ones that missed the top 40 are Shades Of Cool [60], Blue Jeans [74], National Anthem [93] and Brooklyn Baby [98] so we still have 3 more to come. Sia had a surprise hit at the beginning of this quarter as Chandelier came from nowhere with no built up airplay to debut at 3. I believe it was the first ever song I streamed that counted towards the official chart and it is another song that held on well and has a fantastic sales total.

[31] [12 in 2014] Lana Del Rey- Video Games Sales: 351,280 45. [27] [4] The Muppets- Me Party Sales: 351,260 Now onto the unlucky 5 that just missed the top 40 and starting us off at 45 are Miss Piggy and Amy Adams with Me Party- the 2nd song in this countdown from The Muppets film. This also re-entered at number 4 after re-watching the film and it hung around for quite a long time. Lana Del Rey massive 2011 hit Video Games came back to the charts in April as Lana returned this year. Her breakthrough single stayed in the charts for a very long time and I think it spent 15 weeks in the top 20 this year despite not going higher than 12. The first of 2 Nashville tracks was at 43- Clare Bowen's beautiful ballad Black Roses which is still performing very strongly and should continue to jump up the YTD charts over the next few weeks. Kasabian returned with Eez-Eh which was a strong seller and the first of 4 Lily singles peaked at 2 and has sold just over 370k.
October 1, 201410 yr Author Lily Allen and Jess Glynne  Thanks Math  I love comments for this so so much and I think I have beaten the amount of comments on my January to June countdown already Anyway more up later today

[25] [3] Shakira Ft Rihanna- Can't Remember To Forget You Sales: 380,210 40. [] [1] Ariana Grande Ft Iggy Azalea- Problem Sales: 377,420 Just sneaking into the top 40 is the 2nd lowest selling number 1 this year I believe- Ariana and Iggy's collaboration Problem. The song has sold a massive 378k and is set to re-enter the chart again this week but however its sales and chart-run are below the early expectations. Another duet, this time Shakira and Rihanna were at 39 while Chloe Howl delaying Disappointed means she is a one hit wonder here at the moment after Rumour hit 2nd. Black Widow has had a very strong start to its run and will be certified gold next week and another 5 peaking song- Changes- is another strong seller, especially for a dance track

[] [1] Kiesza- Giant In My Heart Sales: 427,830 35. [] [5] Charli XCX- Boom Clap Sales: 423,760 Boom Clap was the 2nd of 3 massive hits for Charli this year and has had a fantastic chart run after debuting and peaking at 5. Kiesza grabbed a surprise #1 with Giant In My Heart in August and the song had a lovely 1-3-5-7-9 first 5 weeks of its chart run. Learning To Fly went back into my charts at 12 in January before coming back at 9 in April while selling very well. Molly's robbed Eurovision win with Children Of The Universe made massive waves over here and debuted at 1. It has been certificated gold and is one of the biggest Eurovision songs ever in my charts. And Neon Jungle's Louder disappointed after 1Million and a number 1 victory over Cheryl looked very likely. In the end Cheryl sold 60k more and even Your Love got in front of Louder. Also the Neon Jungle song didn't hold on very well and has stopped earning money now but it is a massive hit compared to their other 3 songs this year.

[] [1] Cheryl Cole Ft Tinie Tempah- Crazy Stupid Love Sales: 510,260 30. [] [1] Amelia Lily- California Sales: 500,950 The top 30 have all earned over 500k and starting us off are 2 number 1's from Cheryl Cole and Amelia Lily who sold 220k and 330k on their opening weekends. Timber saw Pitbull get one of his biggest hits yet with an amazing chorus from Ke$ha, Cher Lloyd came back with a beautiful ballad and a number 2 hit with Sirens and Budapest is one of the only climbers from the last quarter chart as George Ezra's debut climbed 17 places after peaking at 4 officially. [] [1] Hayden Panettiere- Don't Put Dirt On My Grave Just Yet Sales: 549,760 Now we reach platinum selling singles in this section but first two more gold certified singles start us off. Hayden Panettiere got a massive surprise #1 with Don't Put Dirt On My Grave Just Yet and it has held on really well with great sales- it is one of 2 country surprise #1's this year. G.R.L's Ugly Heart will become a platinum single next week and it has had a fantastic start to its chart run. Rather Be sneaked past the platinum mark last month and is a rare smash for both the real chart and Ultraviolenceland chart smash hit. Lily Allen's album track As Long As I Got You was top on the midweek update but never quite made it there. And Charli just misses out on the top 20 with her 2nd lead single this year- Break The Rules- which is still top 2

[7] [2] Elbow- The Take Off And Landing Of Everything Sales: 662,710 Elbow had a big success in the album charts this year with their album that would have been a number 1 if it didn't go up against Paloma. And I would have laughed if anyone told me a rap song would be in the top 10 of the first 9 months and would also be a song that originally fell out of the charts in its 2nd week- I would have laughed so so much. Well anyway Fancy started becoming massive and is still top 20 this week. It has launched Iggy and Charli's career into absolutely madness here and I love and adore the million seller Fancy that peaked at 3 in Ultraviolenceland. This and HOH both haven't peaked at 1 this year and I can reveal that 3 more of the top 8 didn't go to number 1 either. What songs are they?

[11] [1] Iggy Azalea- The New Classic Sales: 699,320 The first of 3 Frozen songs in this top 10 :o is at 8- the beautiful and amazing Do You Want To Build A Snowman. The song peaked at 3 in January and stayed in the chart for half a year. The other surprise country number 1 of the year is the 7th biggest selling song- If I Die Young by The Band Perry. The song was released a few years ago and did nothing but I listened to the song on spotify in March and I fell in love with it. It was the first number #1 when I started re-doing my charts and despite a big fall in its 2nd week, it held on amazing in the end and became a million seller. Onto the albums, Kasabian had another big album hit with 48:13 and Iggy scored a very rare rap hit album with The New Classic that is only 680 copies from 700k. Both albums hit the top spot
