Why is Fast Car doing so well other than it being 59p?

If its A listed there it should rise a bit - its not surprising considering its single 4. Thats what makes it even stranger radio 1 gave it TOTD status!

 

 

It's actually single 1 from a re-release so should be doing a lot better.

Anyone know why Taylor is at number 1? and why Fast Car has suddenly appeared again?
