FINALLY watched this, movie of the year already (sorry Jurassic World), it's everything I wanted it to be, even stronger than the first I think.

 

I'm also in love with ScarJo/Black Widow and I'm so happy she had so much screen time in this, hope Marvel aren't just trying to make up for the fact we aren't going to get a Black Widow solo movie though because I'd love it. I know realistically it probabiy would't make the cash that the Thor/Cap trilogies will make but I'd die of happiness if we got a BW trilogy *-* [/unrealistic] She's the perfect character, she may not have superpowers but she really does show she deserves to be up there with the rest of them, what a fierce heroine :wub:

 

Also loved Scarlet Witch too, loved what they did with the red energy to portray the magic, I loved how she was almost like a horror movie character in the first half where she like creepily walked backwards back through the doors after she had knocked over Cap :lol:

 

Yay for Hawkeye story arc too. WHAT A FILM :D

ditto. at least until the Star wars movie comes out.

 

I'm also pretty smart, albeit with popculture tastes, and it was a very smart movie, Joss Whedon is a god of dialogue and plotting and character. Want to see how not to do a super-hero-team movie? Err Fantastic Four, and they only had four heroes to juggle, and one villain.

YES JOSH! Lovely to see some more love for this. I really do think this will be one of those that people will rewatch in a couple of years time and realise it isn't as bad as they remembered it to be. :lol:

This is a very strong sequel, despite the ODD Hawkeye sidestory and the buggering up of Wanda's powers, but other than those two points, they did a fab job with

Ultron, someone who was always a fave villain of mine.

 

I don't see anything "mediocre" about any of the actors in the film either, it's not like superhero movies are meant to higlight the best of their abilities. Watch some of

their other movies and see how capable they are as actors (especially Chris Evans, he is a damn underrated actor)

Watched it for the 3rd time and still loved it. I think they have the perfect cast for those parts.

 

Thor is all kinds of incredible. That is all.
