November 27, 201410 yr Kendra doing the trials is becoming a chore to watch, it's not even entertaining in a Gillian McKeith kind of way. :( C'mon public. Yep you can tell the production team aren't happy with her doing the trials either, I felt Ant and Dec were *this* close to just shoving her head through those paintings themselves. Kinda falling in love with Jake. Mel has become a little snappy too.

Kendra started off as one of my favourites but she's really getting on my nerves now. I don't know why she bothers going over the bridge as she KNOWS she has no intention of doing the trial. In many ways - its more annoying than Helen Flanagan as at least Helen was funny and at least towards the end - Helen got the message and got a whole load of stars - you get the feeling Kendra never will. This bunch are being a lot more patient with Kendra than Helen's camp-mates were.
November 27, 201410 yr Does anyone think Mel hasn't come across that well the last couple of eps. Like she is just a bit short with Vicki and Michael even though they don't seem to be doing too much wrong?

Like she is just a bit short with Vicki and Michael even though they don't seem to be doing too much wrong? I thought she seems to be a bit snappy. When she said to Vicki 'you have a pencil??' (when they were each being asked to give up a luxury item) it was said in a rather accusatory way - and when Vicki answered quite reasonably I thought - Mel took it as an attack. I wouldn't say she's being nasty but she is being VERY defensive. She was also very short with Michael (on a couple of occasions). I still like Mel and would have no objection to her being an eventual winner - but yes - I agree with you.

Also when they were sat at the table and Vicki merely added something to a conversation her and Jake were having basically across Vicki and Mel said she wasn't talking to her was rude.
November 27, 201410 yr I've missed some of this so haven't seen all of Mel's bitchiness, and I was almost certain from like the first or second episode that Mel will win, but if the bitchiness carries on then I think Nadia has a good chance to win.
November 27, 201410 yr I guess that's just the environment they're in, they're all bound to be getting a little snappy with each other by this point.
November 27, 201410 yr I hope Nadia can do an Amy Willerton and finish top 5 despite being mostly unknown before the show!
November 27, 201410 yr Kendra also needs to finish high just for this secret mission she's set herself about how many stars she's won!
November 30, 201410 yr Jimmy is becoming a bit or a twat. I do believe he started off with 'banter' but the minute he saw that Jake was actually hurt (or certainly looked hurt) by his comments - he should have just said 'only joshing' and given him a hug or something. If he didn't see it then he's very blind and if he did - and he kept going despite it - then he was a bit of a git - and he's shot himself in the foot! Even Foggy on IACGMOOHN said he thought Jimmy had gone too far.
November 30, 201410 yr It was just far too harsh even for 'banter' it was playing on someone's insecurity and making them feel as small as possible. He was the betting fave till now and Jake has just overtaken him.

He was the betting fave till now and Jake has just overtaken him. I think Jimmy mustn't want to win this as much as we all thought he did - because he's just ruined any chance he had! The only thing I'm sorry about is if the sympathy that Jake gets from this (which is warranted) translates to votes for Jake to win it. Although I felt sorry for him tonight - I certainly don't want him to win - he's just too boring.
November 30, 201410 yr Ooooh I missed last night's show. What was said? Jake made a joke in the morning about is that Jimmy on the bed when it was michael and they have the same type body, then Jimmy just laid into Jake calling it banter saying 'why are you in here you are nothing' and stuff like that along with a lot of your a twat/pricks. You could see Jake was offended but did his best not to show it but Jimmy just kept on saying shitty things and it got really uncomfortable to watch. I think it was probably worse because Jake has been pretty self-deprecating about his time on the X factor and him not being a 'proper celeb' so far, like you can tell he is somewhat insecure over it. It is a bit like someone saying they hate their nose etc then someone saying your nose is f***ing horrible knowing it will hurt but calling it banter. They did a poll on the ITV 2 show asking did Jimmy over-step the mark and I think like 75% said yes and ITV 2 and everyone seems to bum Jimmy so far so it was very telling.

They all know what they're doing in there though. Jake must surely know that this will have worked in his favour. Jimmy has just ensured that one of the most boring people win this series. Actually - Jimmy has done more or less what Sharon Osborne did in the first series final of XF to ensure Steve Brookstein won! Edited November 30, 201410 yr by Kath
November 30, 201410 yr The thing with Sharon was she did it towards the end of the series, if not in the actual final? This is before the first elimination in I'm a Celeb, so it might not bear that much on Jake winning (if he does) it might just mean Jimmy goes out earlier.
