Actually I've changed my mind. This is a very clever single choice. It will have an X Factor performance and benefit from the usual lull in single sales and releases in the lead up to Christmas. I'm anticipating a 'Beneath Your Beautiful' style effect following the performance tbh.

One of the forgettable tracks on the album, IMO. However, I'm sure her performance on X Factor will be stunning and the song will do decent in the charts because of it.

I don't really think 'Empire' can come after this now as it'd get a bit samey. 'Empire' needed to be THIS single with the epic X-Factor performance, I was really banking on that.

I disagree. The 'Great' British public lap up songs like this. Look at the longevity of "All of Me", "Thinking Out Loud", Emeli Sande's back catalogue, Sam Smith's back catalogue, Adele's back catalogue etc.

I think this song will sell the album better tbh cause it is something Xfactor and the likes will lap up this time of year. Empire doesn't have a wintery sound

I believe so.

All of me is a fantastic song and single, yours is an ok album song not especially radio friendly. It ain't gonna cut much mustard IMHO even with XF.

I will be interested to see the video tho.

I think it'll perform worse than Glow, but that's just a premature guess. The video I imagine will probably be her walking around in a winter coat or something equally as mundane; that'd be a shame, because the last two videos have been spot on, really.

It's a post-album single so it's bound to not peak as high as Glow or possibly sell as much if it gets washed out by christmas market. As long as it sells the album, which it will, should be fine

Yeah I can see this peaking ~#15 with the X Factor performance. If that. Lovely little song, plus it's really grown on me this week I admit but I just can't see it doing brilliantly. It's not a single imo, just a lovely album track.

Yes because it's a pre-album release single so it'll do better. At best, Yours will probably go top 20 with a performance unless it's stellar
