Trust me, they are not gonna drop Ella until at least her second album. "Ghost" was one of the biggest hits of the year and is now crossing over to the USA. They'd be mad to drop her.

 

I can see her having a similar run at Syco as Leona Lewis did, and then moving to a new label after they stop taking interest in her because a new talent comes along.

There's a massive gap between #14 and #15 (relative to the rest of the chart) so that'll be why Ella seems to have stopped increasing for the moment.

Really wish her X Factor promo was this week. This might have had a shot at top 5 with all of this combined but with X Factor alone im not sure

Nope. Syco are good at getting any artist started, but bad at maintaining their success. Leona has boosted her career massively by switching to Island Records. If Ella has any common sense, she'll switch labels after her second or third album maximum.

Because she's working with better song writers and has the scope for better promotion slots / being pushed more worldwide. Wait and see in 2015 - her new album should sell more than 'Glassheart' and 'Christmas, With Love' combined.
