But didn't Flo only sample Etta James? Or did Av do more than just put Etta's verse onto his production?

Avicii sampled Etta James to make Levels. Dr Luke then sampled Avicii's production (to create the 4-chord-sequence which would go on to create the Luke Trinity of Die Young-Good Feeling-Hangover) to which Flo Rida added vocals and created Good Feeling.
