SyCo and RCA are under the same umbrella (Sony), so it's more like she was "transferred" if anything to another division of the record company.

Of course, everyone hated her after OK.com

Although I was quite amused by "ok.com" I'm not sure why people took such exception to that. She was pretty much vilified for it and 3 years on it's probably the most memorable thing associated with her. Some would say "ok.com" even ended her career - quite strange really.

I'm not sure why people were so against her in this particular clip anyway. Firstly she's arguing with Louis Walsh (who usually irritates everyone anyway by being a generally poor mentor), and all she said is that a Kitty Brucknell (of all people!) performance came across as a bit cabaret.

I think she spoke quite a lot of sense throughout the episode, but it seems people found her personality overbearing and irritating. It's quite funny (in a weird way) how the show that made her in 2008 is the show that broke her in 2011.

To be honest, I can see why people find her annoying as she comes across as very enthusiastic and I get how that can be too much for some people.

However, people have always been slagging off the judges for not having the balls to tell the contestants the truth, yet when they get someone that does, she is completely ran into the ground. Peple were crying for someone to call Frankie out, yet when she did she was dragged across the internet cause "not everyone has to cry everytime and take the contest as serious as you do, it's a tv show". Like what?!

She was literally shopping in London when she got called hours before the show to stand in for Kelly. She did fine for her first live judging role and she really did not deserve the massive amount of hate she got.

She's always been a target of hate, but it seemed at an all time high after that X Factor stint and the only reason I can think of is people being intimidated by her and her being over enthusiastic, as I don't see the "she's so arrogant and stuck up" comments back in that video.

I actually think Alexandra did an incredible job as an X Factor judge. Considering she'd never done it before and her first show was a live show meaning there was no way of editing her and she had no audition stage to settle into the show with, I don't think hardly anyone could've done as good a job as Alexandra did. Yes she was enthusiastic, and maybe a little too much for some people, but she came out with some very good judging critique and wasn't following any kind of scripted comments - she actually reminds me of Nicole Scherzinger's judging style and comments which is a very positive thing.

As Tim says, to do the job she did completely live with just a few hours notice, I think was incredible and at the same time I don't think it had hardly any effect on what happened with the 'Heartbreak On Hold' campaign - 'Elephant' showed that despite minimal airplay, there was still plenty of support for Alexandra.

I don't see how Okay.com alone killed her career  I think it was just that Heartbreak On Hold was shit. But prior to that, I have no idea how Let It Go flopped so bad! I know it's hardly Bad Boys but it's a commercial, catchy dance-pop song that was of a decent standard. It's such a shocking slip from 1 million copies of Overcome to barely 10,000 of HOH though!! I bet Overcome sold that amount easily during its first day on sale.
