A Billion Girls was a huge hit in my chart, and deservedly so, it gets so much hate but I absolutely love it, such a fun track and a twink singing pop music is never bad. It peaking at #11 was such a shame and it had an awful chart run :( Was very close to #1 one week for me but never quite made it! JUST missing the top 20 cause I boosted a song up 10 places, Hunter Hayes' "comeback" single entered straight in at #1 for me when it was released, just two weeks after he'd had back-to-back #1s in my chart at the start of the year. The song is very uplifting and has been quite special to me at times of the year, beautiful track and I keep forgetting how amazing it is until I listen back :wub:

(13+ weeks) HI AGAIN. Had a reaaaalllllllyyyyy busy weekend so not had any time to do this. I know I shouldn't have kept you waiting. But I'm here now. Down to 1 song per section now, and we start off with Taylor Swift's comeback single. Shake It Off wasn't QUITE as instant as We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together for me, and it still isn't as good a track IMO, but it's fantastic and was a big hit in my chart still, securing a very respectable top 20 spot! I wanted it to be higher but things are so tight this year. :(

Naturally, she didn't win, my favourite at the start NEVER wins, but Ella criminally only came 6th. Didn't stop her producing a top quality track in the form of Ghost a year and a half after she left the competition. Ghost has been one of the biggest UK hits of the year and was a #1 on my chart too. Amazing track and I'm not at all bored of it yet.

Rihanna) - 1-1-3-5-3-2-3-7-11-14-19-22-26-30-34-36-X (16 weeks) The pattern is broken and Ultraviolence and Liam can breathe a sigh of relief as their three favourites are not the bottom three :heehee: Shakira's comeback single was looking set to be a big top 5 EOY contender initially but has been pushed down considerably by newer songs. Can't Remember to Forget You is one of my favourite Shakira songs and was by no means any kind of let down for me, like it was for others! It's a fantastic upbeat track with Latin vibes, and Rihanna sounds amazing on it, their voices work so well together. And the VIDEO!
