That's what I was thinking too but it's been 5 months since she announced it so she must've just passed her first trimester by then.

Maybe the baby is premature? I was 2 months premature :lol:

Tbh, for Irish people this is normal, but for people outside it's not.

I would pronounce it Tad-Huh-G because of my native tongue.

 

Same way names like Kees, Jan, Johan and Grietje will be weird to non-dutchspeaking

Ya but if it was a Dutch woman who decided to name her child a Dutch name than I wouldn't be shocked or start slating it because I'm not familiar with it. It's a bit ignorant insulting traditional irish names that are extremely common. It's not like she named him something completely weird after a plant or direction on a compass :lol:
