Just wondering which solo Cheryl single everyone preferred?

 

My favourite will probably always be FFTL, everything about it was perfect..

I've gone for '3 Words' as I feel it will be cruelly underrated like it always is. After being a little underwhelmed by 'Fight For This Love' (although that was partly down to it not being a new GA lead single :( ), I was really taken aback when I first heard '3 Words'. It wasn't something I was expecting AT ALL from solo Cheryl. Not even having will.i.am all over it could take away from the genius of the song.

Certainly Parachute and I don't think anything else will touch that for me. I Don't Care is a distant second but I think it's a song I'll love for a long time too.

3 Words, the one time (for me) where she has felt like a creative force in pop music. Most of the time she brings out solid pop songs but they don't bring anything new or different to the table, that song plus the amazing video felt like she was bringing something quite different to pop and I loved it. It's also a glorious song too, obv.

Fight For This Love, Parachute and Call My Name are *so* hard to choose between, they are all my favourites and are all so different. I went for Call My Name in the end.

Has to be Call My Name for me :wub: Fight For This Love runs it close and I Don't Care/Crazy Stupid Love aren't too far behind either!

I enjoy all of them (stan alert), although 3 Words would be below any Girls Aloud single.

Went with 'Fight For This Love' as I still think highly of it, whereas some of the others are more of their time and don't appeal to me much/at all anymore. That single and the accompanying visuals made a strong statement (despite the song and vocals being quite understated IMO) and really set her apart as a solo artist. 'Parachute' would be second for me, followed by 'Call My Name' and I don't care (:kink:) for the rest. If she releases 'Only Human' as a single it'd be straight to the top of the list though!

Call my name. Played it to death so kinda hate it these days but it still gets my vote.

Call My Name. It's my most played Cheryl song and I still listen to it (in contrast to FFTL which I heard over 100 times at the time of its release, but I've hated it since then. It's just so basic.) Oh and the Call My Name video is one of my favourite 2012 videos :wub:
