Well it seemed like the majority of her UK fans were tired of her electro constant Pop productions. I really feel like this is a record she wanted to make, and I think including Iggy made her want it even more. She has said numerous times how she's loved her work. What's more being independent than going against the trends?

Urbaney has been a fan fave since 'Slave'! :o ('In The Zone' is majority Urban too, so it ain't the Iggy influence - or at least I don't think so anyway! :lol:)

 

I'll admit I haven't heard most of In The Zone, but I think Umi said what I wanted to say better in that it's a different urban direction?

Oh I agree this is a different type of Urban for her, but I think it'll suit her. Been waiting for a DJ Mustard collab to happen for a while and if this is the closest we'll get, I'll be happy *.*

 

Oh and please do check out 'In The Zone' at some point. Easily in my top 5 albums ever! :wub:
