Haven't seen her look this legit excited in a video in ages, tbh.

It's so refreshing to go onto this forum after looking on ATRL. I literally don't understand the hate for the video, it works as a cycle

 

The song was announced. Everyone loved. Everyone heard. Everyone hates and says Britney is over because she worked with Iggy.

But as a member above posted, the critics speak otherwise which is the most important tbh. I think the video is great, it's inevitably camp and outrageous, but what would you expect from a song called 'Pretty Girls' and the video based on an 80s B-Movie Pretty Girls Are Easy? If anything it adds even more character to it, I saw the video and I've watched it almost five times today because I find it fun, all of the hate is unnecessary.

 

Does anyone have predicted or current vevo view standings?

So I've just got around to seeing this...

 

It predictably slayed my life. It is SO cheesy and corny and so bloody good. All the criticism towards the acting is completely off the mark and misses the point completely/just generally unfair as I'm 100% sure it was all intentional! The happiest Britney has ever looked in a video too (her and Iggy's chemistry in the video is insane - I hope they carry it over the performance). This all seems to be what she genuinely wanted to do. It's hardly a surprise though as she has always loved urban music. Such good fun in the video. SO happy with it.

 

Next stop, the BBMA Performance *.*
