aw birthday is amazing, that artwork reminds me of the AMAZING lyric video too

erm hideaway and giant in my heart are both 10/10 songs? ooo ahh cant hear the haters sorry

welcome to new york is nice but not one of the stongest for me. the synths are good and it's a good album opener but most of 1989 > WTNY > clean/this love etc.

unconditionally is v beautiful too, one of my initial standouts from prism. glad it was chosen as a single but rly shouldn't have flopped worldwide.

80 227 No Mediocre (feat. Iggy Azalea) – T.I. (peak #12)
79 229 The Heart Wants What It Wants – Selena Gomez (peak #1 4 weeks)
78 232 Home (feat. Will.I.Am) - Leah McFall (peak #18)
77 232 Iggy SZN – Iggy Azalea (peak #3)
76 233 Bo$$ - Fifth Harmony (peak #13)

Next up are some of my favourite songs right now. Selena Gomez is currently charting at #1 for the fourth week from the 5 weeks it has charted so far.
It was Christmas Number One, one of the longest running #1's of the year and is set to become one of the biggest smashes Yehesi has known.
It is currently outselling the #2 2:1 on the Yehesian iTunes and isn't slowing down. It is definately in Yehesi's top 10 favourite songs of 2014. A shame it wasn't released earlier.

It-Girl of 2014, Iggy Azalea, who has never missed the top 10 with a single so far, is currently in the top 5 with Iggy SZN. It is nowhere near done charting but has already gone silver. Iggy feature No Mediocre also charts in this batch at #80.

Leah McFall remains a one hit wonder so far as Home hasn't had a follow-up single yet. The #18 hit charts at #78 this year. Fifth Harmony chart at #76 with 233 points, as they peaked at #13 on the chart with Bo$$. It has went on to become one of Yehesi's top 30 of 2014.

'The Heart Wants What It Wants' = STUNNING, probably my fave from Selena now http://i.imgur.com/2YSZid2.png

75 235 All Of Me – John legend (peak #17)
74 236 XO - Beyoncé (peak #8)
73 238 Blame (feat. John Newman) – Calvin Harris (peak #9)
72 240 Am I Wrong – Nico & Vinz (peak #4)
71 241 Can I Get A Moment? – Jessica Mauboy

As we arrive at the top 75, we find 3 worldwide hits, one underperforming pop single and one Australian Idol runner-up.

All Of Me was arguably one of the biggest worldwide hits in the world. The heartfelt ballad in which John legend confessed his love for his girl in a great way also hit high eyes in Yehesi. Although it only peaked at #17, it outdoes many songs. It initially peaked at ##18 in it's fourth week, after which it fell down the Yehesian iTunes chart.
It fell as low as 29 in the chart, being kept there due to airplay, but quickly regained it's position and ultimately peaked at #17. It had spent a total of 15 weeks in the chart once it left.

XO was Beyoncé's pop lead single from the album named after herself. The album peaked at #1 on both the chart and iTunes, but her singles never made it as big as the album did. Worldwide, the song was overshadowed by Drunk In Love, which underperformed in Yehesi. Peaking at #8 it is Bey's only top 10 of the era, but it fell out of the top 40 5 weeks later.

Another worldwide smash, by Calvin Harris and John Newman, is at #73. Blame peaked at #9 for 2 weeks, but failed to outperform Calvin's previous singles.
It was John's third hot 40 hit as he previusly charted with Feel The Love and Love Me Again. After its peak, Calvin and John fell down the iTunes chart, as well as airplay collapsing due to it crashing on iTunes and it left the chart 4 weeks later.

The third worldwide smash comes from Nico & Vinz at #72. Am I Wrong was first overlooked in BJSC, then hit it big in the US and Yehesi started to adore it.
Despite that it only peaked at #14, but did manage to bag 4 weeks in the top 20.

At #71 is one of my most hated artists, until she released this bop of a song. Yehesi first slightly warmed to her for 1 week when Pop a Bottle was released, but that flame quickly died and the hate re-ignited. However Can I Get A Moment is miles ahead of any of her stuff and has so far peaked at #1 on iTunes, #4 on the Hot 40 and #10 on Airplay. It is currently suffering from the Christmas Freeze but is certain to climb back up again, once the Christmas songs due down completely.

Come & Get It is nowhere near her best tho

Both this and Slow Down already slay it effortlessly

EX-CUSE me missy, I did not know her ugly name was spelled that way :smoke:

XO is really stunning, not sure why it wasn't bigger worldwide because it's just such a lovely midtempo song. Was one of my immediate highlights from the album although now I feel a few tracks overshadow it (flawless).

Blame is fantastic too, I was really excited by the prospect of an OA/OS single from Calvin and I remember cheering it on all week to get to #1 against the odds. Really happy it was big because it did the impossible and made John Newman endurable :heehee:

70 243 Chandelier - Sia (peak #9)
69 245 Flashlight (feat. Ellie Goulding) – DJ Fresh (peak #12)
68 249 Welcome To The Jungle – Neon Jungle (peak #6)
67 249 Air Balloon – Lily Allen (peak #8)
66 252 Wiggle (feat. Snoop Dogg) – Jason Derülo (peak #12)

Opening our top 70 is Sia's masterpiece of a song Chandelier. The song marked her return to the charts as a lead artist, after featuring on Titanium and She Wolf, as well as writing Rihanna's Diamonds.
Chandelier peaked at #9 on the chart, but saw a swift decline when it left the top 10.

Next up at #69 is Flashlight. The song originally appeared on Ellie's alberm but got a slight revamp and was released as a single for DJ Fresh's alberm. It spent a total of 11 weeks in the chart, peaking at #12 only.
We also find moderate hits Welcome To the Jungle and Air Balloon at 68 and 69. Neon Jungle had their last succesful single with Welcome To The Jungle and the same goes for Lily Allen with Air Balloon.
The songs peaked at #6 and #8 respectively with 11 weeks in the chart each.

Dipping out at #66 is one of the club hits from 2k14, Wiggle. The booty praising twerkanthem was huge around the world and became even bigger due to Vine.
it spent 13 weeks in the chart, peaking at #12. Airplay was lacking for Jason as the song peaked at #4 on sales only.

65 255 Birthday - Selena Gomez peak #6)
64 256 Partition - Beyoncé (peak #10)
63 263 You Ruin Me – The Veronicas
62 264 Blank Space – Taylor Swift
61 265 Beg For It (feat. MØ) – Iggy Azalea

Another wild Birthday appears! This time it's Selena Gomez ha B-Day at #65 wtih 255 points.
The third "single" from ha alberm Stars Dance was never officially released but it did get a cute lil' video, so it therefor was eligible to chart.
It charted for quite some time in 2013 already, 9 weeks to be exact and peaked at #6. It's total points stand at 464, meaning it almost went platinum.

At #64 is Beyoncé's Partition. The singlé from hér sélftitléd album initianally péakéd at #27 béforé falling 29-29-35 and gaining a sécond lifé as it rosé 35-32-29-26...-10.
Thé song was an éarly favourité from thé album and many of Bey's Yéhésian fans wéré écstatic to séé it réléaséd.

Debuting on the chart are The Veronicas, most known for their hit Untouched back in the middle age. Peaking at #10 for 2 weeks it meant a succesfull return for the sistrens to Yehesi.
Upon release it flopped on its arse, but a performance on The Voice of Yehesi meant it sky-rocketed higher up the iTunes chart, as well as picking up airplay.

Two of the most succesfull females of 2014 are up next at #62 and #61. Both songs are the ladies' current singles, Beg For It and Blank Space. Both are still sitting pretty inside the top 10 so expect no less than double these points this time next year.
Blank Space is one of Taylor's best efforts and one of the highlights of her best album yet 1989. Beg For It is one of Iggy's lesser singles but it's still very good.
Both ladies have more songs coming up, with Taylor hoping Shake It Off can gain a spot in the top 10 and Iggy holding her breath for Booty, Problem, Fancy and Black Widow.

Air Balloon is such a guilty pleasure, loved it from first listen even when I realised it was a bit rubbish. The lyrics are bonkers but I think that's all part of the fun.

WTTJ is my favourite Neon Jungle song, I think it does Braveheart but better, I liked their style so shame they seemed to lose momentum.

Beg For It seemed really unnecessary to me and isn't really that good tbh. Glad it seems to have been pushed aside already

'Air Balloon' is fab <3

used to hate 'Blank Space' also but it's decent now x

Fab countdown Tim bae x
