Posted October 5, 201410 yr So as we should all be aware, Kylie will be back on the big screen next year in disaster movie San Andreas. Basic plot: After a devastating earthquake hits California, a rescue-helicopter pilot (Dwayne Johnson) and his ex-wife (Carla Gugino) attempt to leave Los Angeles and head to San Francisco to find and rescue their estranged daughter (Alexandra Daddario). It's also set to star Colton Haynes and Ioan Gruffudd, so eye candy all round. Now, do we think this will be decent? What kind of role would Kylie be good in? Hopefully a new song or two for the soundtrack too. http://static1.purepeople.com/articles/1/14/29/71/@/1504792-kylie-minogue-dans-le-nanar-street-620x0-1.jpg

December 27, 201410 yr Author No point having two topics for the same thing. Y'know, it pays to check before making a new topic.
December 27, 201410 yr Not sure if she is going to play just a minor character or a more major role... Edited December 27, 201410 yr by Red Blooded Man
December 27, 201410 yr No point having two topics for the same thing. Y'know, it pays to check before making a new topic. I did, did not notice one :(
December 29, 201410 yr A return to an acting career might be the way she goes from now on. I think her music career is well and truly in decline unfortunately.
December 29, 201410 yr Author Just because her music career is in decline doesn't mean she will or should just give up on it.
December 30, 201410 yr Kylie would be crazy to give up on her music, she needs to work with the right people and do huge promotion and she may achieve higher sales.
December 30, 201410 yr Not sure if she is going to play just a minor character or a more major role... It's a minor role - but one that is important to the story apparently
December 30, 201410 yr Author She uses her voice and all the destruction is sorted out. BOOM. Roll end credits.
January 1, 201510 yr Kylie would be crazy to give up on her music, she needs to work with the right people and do huge promotion and she may achieve higher sales. Regardless of producers, if she can't get radio support then Kylie will struggle. Most artists as they get older struggle to get radio support from the big stations. I hope she does continue with music even if she isn't as popular.
January 5, 201510 yr She will continue with music, it's profitable enough for her with touring and her devoted fanbase etc. I think it's fair to say her days as a commercially viable popstar churning out hits are behind her, but artists do continue even if that is the case.
March 26, 201510 yr Author Trailer: 23VflsU3kZE Mini not in it, but it looks good, hopefully she has a few decent scenes.
