That's incredible for James Bay! :cheer: Really hoping he does over 100k. It's out now and already up to #2, #1 in the morning I presume :D

James is up to #2 and #48.

 

I doubt he will sell +100k.

It's been top 100 on iTunes for months now. 100k is deffo achievable.

I would be surprised if he didn't pass 100k, #3 on pre-orders ahead of release isn't something that happens very often! Plus he has had a lot of hype and 'Hold Back The River' has grown into a huge hit, not to mention the fact he is exactly in line with the style of music that has commanded huge album sales in the last year or so.

The preorders been top 100 all year, def should break 100k imo

I think James Bay's album will stick around for some time inside the top 10, I guess he is the new Sam Smith in a way. :lol: but in a good way, if you catch my drift.

You won't be saying that when he has 4 singles in the top 40 still this time next yr :P

Great to see The Prodigy in the top 10 before release on Sunday - they should sell better at the start if the week as they have a big fanbase too - should at least make 50k next week I hope.

 

Overall disappointed at James Bay's sales as he's selling slowly after the preorder start but 65k is what he's looking at is t to be sniffed at in this day and age!

Sia up to #3 after her appearance on The Voice. It may finally hit the top ten officially.

Prodigy #1 album next week, that's if they can shift more than 40k+

Really hoping The Prodigy should be safe for #1 though their complete lack of singles chart impact doesn't fill me with hope - their album has been doing pretty well on iTunes pre-orders though!
