Jess Glynne up to #4 on pre-orders. Wtf? Looks like she'll smash 100,000 first week sales and beat a decent band like Bon Jovi to #1

I would very much shocked if she did, I'd guess 50k at best. iTunes album sales are nowhere near as high as the singles. The album chart is still ruled by the physicals.

Bon Jovi coming for yet another #2 album, it's actually comical how badly they time their releases. They did have 5 #1 albums in a row but 7 of the 8 releases since then have been #2 and this looks like making it 8 out of 9 :lol:

There's amazingly little hype about this Bon Jovi album, isn't there?

Its not a proper album, just a collection of (mainly) old unreleased tracks.

 

They are still working on a new album for release in 2016

The Bon Jovi album is basically a mish mash of old unreleased songs for hard core fans [assuming they have any left!].

Interesing chart battle this week. Foals are 5 and 30 on the amazon chart while Weeknd is 16. I fully expected Weeknd to be more of a digital seller, so I can actually see Foals still taking this. But we'll see.

Busy week that week. I'm hoping Lana can snatch another album #1 but her biggest competition is Rudimental, who, even though they seem pretty far down, have had their pre-order out for about 5 months, whereas Lana's has only been out for 2 weeks. I just hope Sir Cliff doesn't somehow sell monstrous amounts of physicals. Carly should be safe for the top 15, I'd say - possibly top 10, as she has some decent promo coming up. I'd say Gabrielle should be top 10, too. Hopefully Rhodes doesn't bomb :unsure:
