And I can't even blame Pitbull as he's has higher songs in the countdown. Please Enrique, a decent comeback for 2015.

Still no females as yet, Ed Sheeran's first appearance out of three on this chart, and this started out looking to finish in the top half of the year before dropping like a lead balloon, with the final chart pushing it into the bottom 10, I find this hard to review as although I enjoy his vocal performance yet the song fails to leave a lasting impression with me.

Wiggle is a fun song, much prefer it to Trumpets (the falsetto is unbearable!).

 

Hopefully Rude is the start of a reggae revival, preferably with actual reggae artists of course :)

Poor One Direction! Not missing a bottom 10 in three years, they had the bottom song with "Little Things" & "Story Of My Life" and also "One Way Or Another (Teenage Kicks)". I thought they might escape it this year as they haven't had a bad song in the OCC Top 10, not that i think SMG is wonderful, but it is a pleasant song which I thought would do better. I do think that some voters give them negative scores on principal, will "Night Changes" do much better?

Thinking out loud used to be good but is so boring now and steal my girl is bad

Happy is great so shame to see it so low :(

However all the other songs so far apart from those 3 are in my worst 10 of this year so yay for them bombing here, especially all of me in last :cheer:

"Stay With Me" will probably be his most remember of the year, I have to agree with the voters as it's my least favourite as it does verge on the boring side. This means the bottom 10 is void of women yet again.

Due to an error before, you may think this is lowest song without any "+5"s but when I used copy and paste It didn't show the zeroes, meaning that i missed both "Trumpets" and "I'm A Freak" not having any "+5"s either. Their stats have been amended, so "Superheroes" is the third lowest without any "+5s". The song itself is Script-by-the-book and is a standard dull soft rock song.

Poor brave Meghan. Hopefully 'Lips Are Movin' won't do as badly.

I don't detest the version but it's too sub-par for me to like it either.

At #140, we have the only Christmas song on the countdown, the 30th anniversary of Band Aid coincided with an Ebola pandemic, which led Bob Geldof to rewrite the lyrics slightly and release another star-studded version of the Xmas classic. There did seem to be something missing from this version though, at for me it is my least favourite of the four. But all for a good cause.
