Fantastic day of FA Cup magic. The number (and magnitude) of upsets was really quite incredible and there's still some potentials to come tomorrow!

United's result not looking so bad now

Takes the attention away from them for sure! Was a bad result, but everyone will be focused on Chelsea and Man City.

It was poor but in one sense I'm glad as we'll get an extra game on TV (we haven't had many this season!)

Watch the BBC pick to show Fulham V Sunderland for the replay to show some diversity.

:(

Surely that the FA Cup will be between Arsenal or Manchester United now!

Well they're on different dates and even if the BBC doesn't show it I'm sure BT will pick it up...

Given how inconsistent both teams have been this season I wouldn't put any money at all on that!

OI don't forget about Liverpool!

Still in the cup, and there's not a chance Bolton will get all the luck they will have had today in the replay.

I've put £20 on Liverpool before today for the reason that the final of the FA Cup is on the day of Steven Gerrards birthday.
You'll beat Cambridge easily at Old Trafford, no problem with that. But I just find it hilarious how an easy ride they are given by the media. Liverpool's new signings were crucified in December, yet Man Utd's get off with a free ride, despite being worse! Main problem for Van Gaal imo, is I don't think he knows what his best team is.

Van Gaal's excuses for last night's result are poor tbh, we didn't play very well at all and the match had 0-0 written all over it but at least we're in the hat for the 5th round draw which was the minimum requirement from yesterday and after today's result the vision of Wayne Rooney holding the FA Cup trophy decorated in red ribbons in May is getting closer.

I'm hoping Brighton will have something to say about that tomorrow :D

After what's happenened today, how can anybody say that the FA Cup is only between the three glamour teams remaining!?

Absolutely fantastic to see Bradford and Middlesbrough deservedly beating the top 2 teams in the country.

The Cup is wide open this year, which is exactly how it should be and adds prestige back to the competition.

Generally because usually one of the 'big' teams gets to the final, and generally speaking I would expect one of the 3 to make the final. That's not to say they would win the cup.

Of course they're favourites (none are actually through yet though), but today proves that upsets can happen to the best of teams. None of the favourites left have been overly impressive this year too.

Wigan beating Man City in the 2013 final shows that nobody should write-off the rest of the teams left in the Cup.

Looking forward to see how Bristol City cope against Premiership opposition. I think we could cause a bit of an upset. It's going to be a tough game of course but I think we might sneak it 2-1.
The dream final is still on.

Who would that be then!?

Very relieved West Ham scraped through today. Bristol City are the biggest team where I live and it would have been unbearable to lose to them  We played poorly, but Sakho made a real difference and City ran out of steam in the second half. They were excellent first half and probably deserved a replay overall.

I agree, a draw would have been a fair result. We played very well in the first half but we either lacked that final shot or final ball where it matters most. You definitely improved in the second half and I wasn't too surprised when you scored. There wasn't much difference between the two teams really, you just had that extra bit of quality when you needed it.

A decent performance from Brighton today. Unfortunately, that only applies to the second half :(

From what I heard it was a very good game, the highlights should be on later.

Brighton played quite well, but the goal from Walcott almost instantly killed any chance of an upset for me

Wide open competition for the 5th Round - my outside tip is Crystal Palace atm, not many would want to play them or West Brom.
