What are you questioning about Sarah Milican and Pound Shop Wars Michael?

Sarah Millican Hijacks Deal or No Deal was celebrating 10 years of the show and had Noel Edmonds playing the game for the first ever time.

Pound Shop Wars is a documentary on the Poundworld and Poundland stores.

Downton was always likely to trounce The Go-Between. I would hope that the latter will pick up a lot of viewers over the next week. It's surprising how many people watched Downton and recorded The Go-Between. Doing it the other way round (as I did) makes much more sense.

Again ouch at the figures for Doctor Who. It will be interesting to see how the next episodes do in the ratings.

I'll see if I can try and get this updated later but Doctor Who got 3.71m last night against the England v Wales Rugby World Cup match which got 8.41m.

OTOH, it was one of the few occasions when watching the ITV programme and recording the BBC one made sense. As I have no interest in rugby, I watched Dr Who.

Wow! Fantastic figures for the rugby. 8.41m.

Guessing Dr Who will be up against England v Australia?

Yes, Doctor Who is up against England matches for at least the next two weeks. :(

As long as the consolidated figures are OK, I don't think the BBC will be too worried. I'm sure the revenue from overseas sales will also remain healthy.

Dr. Who hit record ratings in the US with the premiere episode, so yeah it'll be fine. Those ratings are a bit worrying though, I just hope they don't (wrongly) blame Capaldi.
