May 9, 201510 yr Demi Lovato is the latest rumour for a judge, which makes sense as she was a judge on the US version. She was a very good judge and mentor and had great chemistry with Simon, but she's not well known enough here tbh.
May 9, 201510 yr Demi Lovato is the latest rumour for a judge, which makes sense as she was a judge on the US version. She was a very good judge and mentor and had great chemistry with Simon, but she's not well known enough here tbh. Demi or Cheryl, not both. If Louis is replaced or not, we need someone who will work with the other male judge as well as Simon and Cheryl (i.e. Kelly Rowland  ).
May 9, 201510 yr demi wohld be a terrible choice, too American in a plane Jane sense. Paulini Rubio would make a better judge if we must take a dumped us judge
May 10, 201510 yr Predicta: Judges: - Simon - Cheryl - Demi Lovato - Zayn Malik :kink: With the room auditions gone, a more demanding bootcamp and a reformatted judge's houses (potentially introducing a viewers' vote to decide who goes through). Also no more Deadlock, the public vote is worth the same as a judges vote. Celebrity advisors: Simon goes for Louis Walsh and Sinitta in a cocktail dress, Cheryl invites Nicola, Demi brings in Nick Jonas and Zayn has his pal Naughty Boy by his side. Edited May 10, 201510 yr by Vülker
May 10, 201510 yr Louis Walsh won't be returning to The X Factor, according to unconfirmed reports. No official announcement has been made, but The Sun on Sunday claims that the long-standing judge has been dropped from the ITV singing competition. Walsh was reportedly informed of the decision by Simon Cowell. But an X Factor spokesman told Digital Spy: "No formal decisions have been made regarding the full panel for this year's series." Last month, Walsh suggested that he was "done" with the show after 11 years. "I want to go back to being a manager. That's my day job and I've neglected it for a long time because I'm away so much," he told TV3's The Seven O'Clock Show. Walsh's possible departure wouldn't be the only shake-up for this year's series, as Dermot O'Leary previously confirmed that he was stepping down as presenter. Olly Murs and Caroline Flack will replace O'Leary, becoming the first duo to host the ITV programme. The rumour of Louis leaving seem to come every year but he really is just getting more and more stale, it used to be that I couldn't imagine the show without him but now it'd be no loss.
May 10, 201510 yr Olly and Caroline did their first day's filming today at the open audition in Manchester. God they're total friendship goals  http://i.dailymail.co.uk/i/pix/2015/05/10/15/28855C4A00000578-0-She_accessorised_with_a_simple_gold_necklace_and_wore_her_croppe-m-49_1431267896112.jpg http://cdn.images.express.co.uk/img/dynamic/79/590x/secondary/The-Strictly-winner-looked-stunning-in-a-black-playsuit-for-her-outing-287037.jpg http://cdn.images.express.co.uk/img/dynamic/79/590x/secondary/The-stars-looked-to-be-having-a-great-time-as-they-posed-for-photographers-287038.jpg Elsewhere, The Mirror is now reporting Nick Grimshaw is in talks to replace Louis Walsh. Whilst I can't stand him on the radio I know him and Simon got on well when he interviewed him last year so this could possibly work: http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/nick-gr...-join-x-5675795 Edited May 10, 201510 yr by ThePensmith
May 10, 201510 yr OMG as much as I love x-factor I might actually have to stop watching if bloody nick Grimshaw is a judge. One of the worst celebs around at the moment by miles, beyond awful :puke2: :puke2: :puke2:
May 10, 201510 yr Grimmy is ok but only like if I listen to his radio show once in a while or watch Sweat The Small Stuff when someone good is on, he'd be so annoying to have as a judge full time :(
May 11, 201510 yr Simon Cowell @SimonCowell 7h7 hours ago Louis Walsh is one of the good guys. We will always be friends. The door remains open and who knows what's next....... Looks like Louis is definitely OUT for this series then, unless 2007 happens all over again :drama:
May 11, 201510 yr It'll certainly be interesting to see if the BBC let him have such close association with their main rivals. I said some time ago in this thread that they needed someone who was more independent of performing to be on the panel like a radio DJ. I'm not Grimmy's absolute greatest fan as I've said but if they're looking to get the edge over Strictly again he and Carly or Demi would be a good match with Simon and Cheryl.
May 11, 201510 yr So glad Louis is leaving it's about bloody time :D I think someone like Tinie Tempah should replace him he's been a guest judge a few times at judges houses and also he helped Tom Jones in the battle rounds of The Voice one year so he seems to know his stuff . Plus he's pretty current and it would be good to have a current male judge on the panel . Edited May 11, 201510 yr by troylovesmusic
