I really think she detests it. She has performed all the singles off ITZ (minus it) along with TOMH and BOM since her comeback.

Regarding Outrageous, I think she dislikes the way in which the song was handled during post-production; from what we know Britney had to fight for the first three singles to be singles prior to Outrageous which she contractually was obliged to release regardless.

Maybe it just has a bad association considering what happened at the time, and how it affected her performances since then. I wouldn't blame her for disliking it.

I would dislike it too. I'm sure she was probably also thinking... "I recorded all of these 11/10 moments and you want THIS to be released???!".
