Well, Greywind > As It Is > Luna Blake > Heirsound > Sainte > Beach Weather

 

All good but the vocalist on Greywind really stands out v. well, like, that vocal style is impossible to ignore :wub: so if you're going for one of your rock entries go for that one. Okay is also a v. good song, I'm familiar with that one already of course but very strong song. Luna Blake is definitely an option for something different.

Sober by Selena Gomez teas Ending the year with a Taahino recycle! We sent Courage My Love to the last contest of 2015 and it's somehow worked out the same way this year :lol: This is really different from their usual stuff but I adore it and hope it appeals to a wider range of people than our usual stuff :o #TaahinoTopTen Stereo only dropped on Friday so this was very much a last minute change of heart, I hope I don't regret not going with my original :kink:

I am also going to present to you our representatives for the year's first contest. A band that has been considered before, Greywind. An Irish duo, who reside in the Taahinian city of Yorkappolis. Myself and the kongeda ambassadors have decided to put what song they go with up for public decision. Of course, to stay within the contest guidelines you will not know which song has won the race - so to speak - until the semi finals of the first contest are up. You are however free to discuss the songs at your will.

'Afterthoughts' was my fav! Steph (it took me ages to find her name :lol:) has such a unique voice and I think in 'Afterthoughts' it really shows that, especially at the beginning, that it was grabbed my attention and made me like it instantly! 'Car spin' is probably after that along with 'Forest Ablaze', the other two were good but I didn't think they stood out as much :D Good artist choice though! I've already made a discovery and the contest hasn't even started yet :heart:

I agree, Greywind defo needed to get sent - I should have voted but based on the three I've heard (including this one) I don't think you could have made a wrong choice.

It was a tough one, it was between this and afterthoughts in the end, this is their most recent and seems to be getting a lot of hype from Kerrang so that's how I ended up going with it :lol: Thanks guys! :wub:
