Probably a good job I don't do the Nationalities thread anymore as this song would have just added Romania and Brazil onto the bingo board, with the open question of how much the artists from those countries genuinely contribute to the song!

I was thinking about the Lance Armstrong situation as well when the suggestion of stripping titles came up. Notably, Armstrong's Tour wins weren't reallocated - those seven years just have 'no winner' - but that was more down to the acceptance that everyone else was cheating as well so it wasn't fair to award it to someone else who was probably also doping. So quite a different situation!

Really interesting concept, nice to see something a bit different after four 'guess the X from the clues' rounds! Hopefully this will shake the leaderboard up a bit.

I can see why people enjoy it - it's very catchy and got stuck in my head after listening to it. The more concerning thing is quite how artificial it is - without wanting to defend AI artists, a lot of them do put a decent amount of time into refining their output to make it sound how they want it to, and some even dictate the melody or lyrics, but this feels like it's had absolutely no human involvement at all and has just 'appeared' of its own doing on the Internet. Even at a basic level - the song is called 'BAD TIMES' but the lyrics are clearly about having a good time!

Yes fine by me! (I can also throw something together if needed but if you've got something in the works then go for it)

How on Earth did anyone get that?!

Still not really seeing it even now I know the answer 😅 I think Scissor Sisters is a reasonable guess and would probably have said that was right if I'd thought of it!
