If Keisha goes for intellectual property, I'll bet my ass she'll win it.

Go Keisha, go go!

:music:

I guess this was what they were waiting for before releasing new music?

Apparently before any new music could be released they had to reclaim the old name. Basically it was a pre-requisite to getting the album out.

The US trademark will hopefully mean that they will be taking the album stateside too

"Bovvered."

I'm ready to be slayed.

I hope 'Flatline' will stay an MKS song and won't be included on any further releases. 'Back in the Day' is everything though.

"Bai gurl", Keisha says. :arrr:

Has she actually got it, or has she just apllied for it, I don't understand this form haha.

Applied for it. There was something called a Non-Final action issued in April. She has until October to respond to that. It's to answer queries about it or some shit like that.
And with Mutya owning the rights to stationary use. Perhaps you can get a free pencil case when the album finally comes out?

omg!

All packaged together with Sugababes wrapping paper as well.
