I really wish Thinking Out Loud would have a big fall, but it's probably #15 at the lowest.

I really wish you would stop going on about it so much, but we can't have it all can we?

Can I have a Texas 25 update please :teresa:
38 Taylor Swift - Shake It Off

Shouldn't there be a ^ there?

Oh yeah there should be, its just a minor thing, not really an emergency issue.

If Kanye can manage two T10s this week, that would be amazing. Can't see that happening though
Unless 'Pray To God' manages to climb past #43 at some point, it unbelievably runs the risk of becoming Calvin's lowest peaking single ever :o (the #43 was for 'Merrymaking At My Place' in 2007). That would be quite a travesty seen as it's arguably one of his best ever songs.

great to see Britney back in the chart :D

where is Imagine Dragons Smoke + Mirrors? Don't tell me that Night Visions is higher

So one thing I dont understand is.... Marlon was NEVER above Rihanna on iTunes and its #55 on Spotify... I mean ... how the hell is he #3 and selling 25% more than Rih?
Fantastic sales for Noel, really chuffed for him. :) A shame Kelly's sales are so low. I expected more as she's been on just about everything promoting it. :(
Personally I am absolutely OVER THE MOON for Marlon :D Really hope it can stay top 3, but I think Rihanna will take over, and maybe Hozier too. Top 5 will still be great though especially given how badly New Age bombed a couple of years back.

You can buy music from other sites than iTunes, you know (Google Play, Amazon, the Official Charts Company site, etc.).

Pre-orders?

^^^But preorders would've put him ahead of Rih on itunes... at least in the beginning.... and the other one saying that a song is selling 5K outside iTunes.... please
New releases are always higher on the Tuesday mids than iTunes indicates. There's some reason for it which I can never remember but the answer is essentially 'pre-orders' yes. Rihanna will be back ahead by Sunday anyway (though I hope Marlon can hang onto the top 5).
Tuesday Update Top 40 Only

Missing sales data from apple

Singles

1 Take That - These Days (24.2k - 125 copies ahead) *

2 Band Aid 30 - Do They Know It's Christmas? (2014) (24.1k)

3 McBusted - Air Guitar (16.5k) *

4 Labrinth - Jealous (11.1k) *

5 Olly Murs feat. Travie McCoy - Wrapped Up (10.9k)

(iTunes is owned by Apple, by the way).

Those sales were without iTunes data. The entire top 5 was still over 10,000 copies. So zzmyth, there is actually quite a lot of sales elsewhere than iTunes.

That was only missing one day of iTunes sales.

Oh, I thought OCC just linked to iTunes rather than hosting the tracks
