This has been fast ascending the ranks of Madonna singles in my affections for the past 2-3 years now and at this stage I'd place it firmly in my top 5, it's such an essential soundtrack to my life now. I love how rhythmic and feelgood it is, and the way the lyrics are delivered in such a sultry but cutesy way. It's such a sing-along belter too.

 

Anyone share my appreciation for this masterpiece?

The first time I heard this was when I first listened to Celebration, back when I wasn't half the Madonna fan I am today, and I loved it at first the sound of those opening beats. I love how her voice alters in pitch - an element I like in 'Crazy for You' too - and in general it's a fun, catchy 80s gem.
