Cyrus is ridiculously overrated :( I thought he was brilliant singing Wicked Game but I haven't been that impressed in any other week. There's no real strong standout for me since the lives began actually. I'd say James' two overs, overall, but I don't think Louise has The X Factor, she's more of a Voice winner. And Natalie is too similar to Reigan vocally, I kind of keep comparing them and Natalie has nothing on her. I can't really see past a Cyrus win though, or Mahalia.

 

Speaking of Mahalia, dannii giving her Get Stupid genuinely must be the most horrendous choice I have ever seen on this show. To be cynical, it's almost like they planned to have her bottom 3 as part of her "journey" story :lol: Michaela's song choices are a bit odd too for the type of singer she is.... Yes she can't always do ballads but why give her disco-y stuff, just doesn't fit. She needs some Lana Del Rey maybe. Jess & Matt were the best this week for me, I was getting bored of this but what a perfect song choice, something a bit different! Louise was amazing too, the contrast from the softness in her voice to the power at the end.

Dannii's mentoring of Mahalia is the possibly worst I have seen since Mel B and Christina Parie... She has absolutely no idea :lol: Hello was brilliant and Is You Is Or Is You Ain't My Baby was ok as she had to do an uptempo but these past two weeks have been just dreadful. I know it's also Mahalia's downfall that she isn't too versatile but the mentors are there to pick the right songs and guide the act, not force them out of their comfort zone every week. She should be ok with the rebound vote? I hope so anyway, then dannii can pull her finger out and let Mahalia do what she does best. It honestly feels like she's just focusing on Michaela! I don't think Michaela will win either, result can't see it. Cyrus is the only one I can see at the moment, I think sadly In Stereo will be right up there too and maybe Louise or Michaela. Mahalia could easily do it if she's allowed to shine in the way she does best.

Series over for me now Natalie and Michaela gone tbh -_- Mahalia is absolutely useless, since week 2 the only time she's pulled off an above average is when she's had to because she's been botom 2. Natalie was amazing every week, so consistent and reliable. Louise is the only one who I want to win to now, I'd like Jess & Matt too but I don't think they have a chance now. Big T surely MUST go next time, he's horrific. I think it'll finally be Mahalia though, rebound didn't get her through last time.

So Cyrus won :zzz: Completely baffled as to how on earth he's been such an obvious winner for so many weeks! Yes his Wicked Game performance was incredible but since then he's coasted really and just been "good", whereas Louise and Jess & Matt both had a good few performances that were brilliant!
