I think the cameos would have been fine if Madonna hadn't gone around hyping them up by tagging them all in a fan made Bad Blood-esque photo. I would have vaguely probably enjoyed the cameos for what they were, if they just happened, without any hype beforehand.

Yeah, I agree with this. Ignoring the hype, I think the cameos work in terms of expressing what the song is about, but the hype for them was fundamentally a marketing scheme to both get Madonna a hit and make TIDAL a success (which, so far, seems to have backfired really). I think it would have been better to not mention the cameos at all and for people to get a surprise when they appeared in the video and in turn media interest would gain hype.

I also think it would be much more effective to have all cameos be on set on the making of the video rather than edited in afterwards, but I appreciate that was probably not possible due to scheduling clashes, as I mentioned before.

I didn't realise Kanye had a cameo as well! I'm liking the full video a lot: we see a couple of the cameos again and the video as one big ball of messy fun. Brilliant.

Behind the scenes:

Does anyone know the name of the remix featured in this video?

It's managed 4.1m views in 24 hours, I'm guessing it would have had around 9m had it not premiered on Tidal.

It should have more views than 'Ghosttown' within the next 3 days.

It's been going up pretty quickly - certainly earlier on, it seemed like the view count couldn't keep up with the amount of views it was receiving (something that happens with a lot of popular videos though) and it does seem like it's around the amount it should be, although I think it will still move up fast. It's showing up as 4.2m already for me.
I love the verses and what I'm assuming is the chorus (might be the pre-chorus) but the "breakdown" is so out of place and quite abrasive.
Showed the video to my mam who hadn't seen it/heard the song and the first thing she said was "is she drunk?".

View count has been going up fast - now passed the 10m mark and will soon overtake 'Ghosttown'!

Not in the official UK Top 200 but sold 1,667 chart sales (an increase of 1026.35% from 148 copies).
Yes finally a single hits the top 100 in America !!!
I'd rather this hadn't charted at all, THIS being the sole Hot 100 hit from this era is a truly DISMAL showing for her. I know it was down to streaming and not really people actually BUYING it, but still, DISMAL.
Says alot about the dire state of music when this crap charts yet Ghosttown or even LFL dont.

Well, I guess the video did its job to at least some extent then.
