It's usually released 12am in New York, so 5am(?) UK time and 8pm tonight in LA? Please correct me if my time zones are wrong! :D

Some artists release at 12am local time but yes, Britney seems to release worldwide at 12am New York time!

I think she does it a bit closer to 11pm EST so maybe it'll probably be closer to 4am UK time, but an hour doesn't make much difference once you get to those times.
