The most recent in the Marvel Cinematic canon, is Age of Ultron. Though still a very strong addition to the franchise, Age of Ultron disappointed fans and critics alike because Joss set the bar too high with the first Avengers. Finishing 4th is probably a little too high for this film, but not by much, so I think this is a decent outcome, with a perfect top 3.

Guardians for me, it is excellent but Avengers gave the franchise a huge kick up the arse and remains brilliant and Winter Soldier is the most important (and best) entry thus far.

Guardians for me - Love it but not quite up to the level of the Avengers and Winter Soldier perfection.

I HATE THIS ROUND. I absolutely LOVE all three. Definitely the correct top 3 (& 4). Now I can't pick (and was so close to null voting!). They are all completely different from one another and bring something so new and fresh to the MCU. However, I went for 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier'. I honestly can't say why. I'd have trouble thinking of reasons for whichever one I picked so...

 

UGH. I already feel crap for voting for it :(

I hate this round, I adore all 3 films, it has to be GOTG
I'm surprised I was the only one who went for Avengers. These are my three favourites outside of Iron Man 1 & 3 but GOTG and TWS are just more coherent.

I agree. Captain is the strongest remaining for me.
