is it worth getting back into this because i've missed a few weeks and reading back it doesn't sound CAPTIVATING

The episodes are really just Liz/Austin/Vanessa and Shelli running the place.

Audrey made a few appearances until she was evicted.

You get the occasional Johnny Mac yelling in the Diary Room.

 

That's about it.

It will be worth watching in probably 3 to 4 weeks unless there is a power shift.

If I had a choice, I'd stop watching now and power watch towards the end of the series when something interesting is going to happen/when the large alliance turns on each-other (sans Austin this week apparently...)

 

 

I'm so on-board with the plan to get Austin out, but the BotB going wrong for them was hilarious. :lol: Frankie Grande winning the comp on his own teas.

 

But I really enjoyed this episode, one of the first cases of liking what the power alliance is doing.

All started with Jackie stirring the pot last week :wub:

OH SHIT! Jason backdoored. We NEED a power shift SO much! Jackie and Steve to win the next HoH plz.

That BOB was wayyyy too satisfying :lol: I just found it amazing how they spent the whole episode planning and plotting every little detail, and Liz just won it alone! Amazing. Shelli and Clay's reactions were the highlight of the series.

 

 

Can't wait for Julia to go in now that Liz is guaranteed safety for the week! I think she's my favourite of the two although the twins are both my faves anyway *.* Queens. I hope they aren't easy targets for the house now, fingers crossed they turn on Austin for example instead....

It sure is fun when things don't go according to plan :D I just don't get the point of Battle of the Block anymore, now that the houseguests have it worked out to plan their nominations based on which pair will win and which pair will throw the competition. Please get rid of it soon. Speaking of twists, I guess there's no takeover this week?

 

Great week so far though...Vanessa's finally winning me over, John's finally not nominated, and I can't wait for Liz and Julia to be in the house together!

Yeah I don't get why they don't just get old housemates! It's not like they could or would get big stars like Kathy Griffin EVERY week, but for fans ex-housemates would be nice.

 

 

Yaaasss @ them blindsiding Jason *.* Don't like him at all, I mean Becky is a bit irrelevant but I can tolerate her ofc. It would be so much more interesting to see what happens with them without Jason, he's the brains as they said so I'm not sure which way they'd go. Vanessa seems to be cracking up too and Austin is very volatile, plus with Julia coming in for herself as well (I am gonna get my LIFE omfg) there's a lot that could easily change for both sides. Becky going would be gutting for most of the HGs as they love her but it won't change things as much.

 

God I'm loving this series, unlike last time so much shifts and more is happening. Last year you could easily predict targets and it just the same awful lot running the house, but this year I'm sensing it could all totally change and that's so exciting.

Clay is becoming more unbearable with each episode. I absolutely LOATHE him. Whenever he talks to people and uses the phrase "it affects my game"... I'm like LOLOLOL. WHAT THE f*** IS YOUR GAME? ARE YOU EVEN PLAYING IT? OR JUST HIDING BEHIND SHELLI?! :lol:

Another good week for Shelli/Vanessa + Co.

Outside of these two it just seems like everyone else is there for the ride, especially Liz & Clay (but oddly enough, not Julia).

 

Of course they weren't going to get rid of Austin this week, why would they?

There's still too many house-guests outside of their alliance that could flip stuff if the want.

However, they haven't put a foot wrong yet with controlling the power.

 

I'm a little disappointing that Jason will probably go home. What's so great about Becky that they want to keep her around?

Jason was probably someone that could actually win HOH and knock out Clay or Shelli, so they're smart to send him packing at least.

 

I'm hoping for a Jackie/Steve HOH to start cleaning up the house a little bit more.

Becky is annoying me to some extent, she's played absolutely NO game (despite being HOH for part of a week too :drama:) yet she's upset about going on the block?? What have you actually DONE to deserve to stay in the house???

 

I think it's sensible on their behalfs to keep Austin another week at least, he might be a loose cannon but is ultimately a number on their side as they said. Jason, as much as I like him, is a big threat and the brains on the other side of the house it would seem so it makes total sense.

Austin is my least favourite houseguest of the season, he's infuriating me. And now he's being saved at the expense of one of my faves being blindsided.

This is what I keep thinking, it appears from the comments last night that Shelley and Clay haven't spent a minute apart from each other either. :/

Hopefully they target Austin next, Julia coming in gives them that extra number so it would cancel out losing one if Austin left? But I doubt it, with her coming in they're going to want the extra number on top of who they already have. But really I don't think that extra number is worth keeping someone so volatile and untrustworthy! With Jason gone it's going to kind of be a mess so they could easily recruit one of the others, although most of them will probably be pissed Jason is gone and will have it in for the Sixth Sense (especially Vanessa).

oh my god SCREAMING at "have fun watching from mom's basement" omfggg line of the series. Liz is such a bitch and I love it. It'll be interesting to see where her and Julia go from here for sure!

 

 

The feeds are thankfully on for the endurance comp (obv I can't watch) so I'm keeping a watch on Twitter until I go to bed and cheering on Jackie or Meg for a change. I had a feeling because its endurance that Clay would win for strength but this seems a fair one that just requires willpower, and I get a good feeling about Meg really wanting this after Jason went, and Jackie for being dethroned which was against the whole plan. Then HOPEFULLY Shelli/Clay can piss off :lol:
