NOTE: From now on the US and UK box office prediction will be together

Well the prediction game didn't work out so I am trying out another idea which isn't really a game. The new releases are above and you vote in the poll for what you predict the film will open with. Posse post your answers and hopefully this creates discussion

A new format will be starting from July

No thread for this week as only release in both countries is Jurassic World which there is predicta for.

US new release:

Dope- Sundance hit

Inside Out- Pixar animation

UK new releases:

Entourage- American TV series comedy

Mr Holmes- Older Sherlock Holmes starring Ian McKellen

The Longest Ride- Nicholas Sparks romance

My predictions:

US- Dope won't do great on OW- 3M, Inside Out will do well- 77M

UK- Entourage bomb £520k, Mr Holmes solid £650k, Longest Ride disappoint £250k

OK. So I think Nicholas Sparks movies can find their audience in the first weekend. 600k

Mr Holmes I'm thinking a Woman In Gold-esque result. 450k.

Entourage, I don't know what to go on. Seen it advertised loads, personally I think it looks s***. I think this would be most likely to suffer from competing against the 2nd weekend of Jurassic World, but I'll go a bit between my other two predictions. 480k

Predixxxxxx:

'Dope': $3.2m

'Inside Out': $68.9m

'Entourage': £1.1m

'Mr. Holmes': £880k

'The Longest Ride': £580k

I'm really hoping 'Inside Out' SMASHES!
