January 24, 20178 yr That looks excellent, Pjanoo, I Could Be The One and I Remember and Rapture (I assume it is the Avicii remix) aren't trance though but progressive house. Pjanoo and I Could Be The One are not even.close, David Guetta's She Wolf (Falling To Pieces) is closer tbh (although still progressive house), as is Otto Knows - Million Voices. January 29, 20178 yr It does appear going by the iTunes clips that the UK radio mix of 9PM (Till I Come) will be used on that trance compilation! Praise be, a record label that actually remembers how one of the biggest selling dance songs of all time actually goes (after SO many occurrences of the inferior original appearing on practically every other compilation over the last few years). Then again, iirc, 9PM was released on MOS imprint Data at the time so I suppose it makes sense that they'd get it right (unless of course MOS don't license out the UK hit version to anybody else any more, which could well be the case!).

I reckon the 2020s might be the decade of trance in dance music though, as the 2010s have been the decade of house and we will probably see loads of new subgenres like tropical trance, deep trance and future trance (and hopefully funky/disco trance too)

That one, due to the jazzy male vocals and funk influence on it, I thought at the time was by Jamiroquai (whose music I didn't like much at the time as he was too much on TV, although I like both it and Woman Trouble now).
