I reckon it'll be Little Mix and Years and Years top 2 this week. 'Communion' number 1 album. Do we know if the Spotify issue from last week has been looked into?

Nope, it hasn't been publicly acknowledged by The Charts. And as far as we can see, it's going to happen again this week - because Spotify seem to be having some issues counting their data.

Hopefully it's just a data readjustment to the new chart week rather than anything more serious than that. I doubt any retailer, streams or actual purchases, would withdraw themselves entirely...or would they?

Mint Royale:

Big sales for Little Mix in the singles and Years & Years in the albums to top the charts (not that surprising).
Fifth Harmony album at 9 - it seems girlband fanbases actually buy their records, unlike boyband fanbases.

Disclosure mooching around at 57 - that is one weird single campaign.

Little Mix on around 70k. Mint Royale replied to me to confirm.

Mint Royale has confirmed that Little Mix is on at least 70k. Could be significantly higher though.

Also, 'Show Me Love' is #2.

I think Spotify data is missing again. I don't think Sam Feldt would have held up at #2 over the weekend with people streaming Years & Years' new album at mass (with 'Shine' clearly being a big beneficiary there). Shine is also decently ahead of Sam Feldt on iTunes.

Lovely sales for Little Mix. How are Years & Years doing with the album?
4th if you wanna include Jason Derulo's sample of it on 'Don't Wanna Go Home'!
Decent opening from Black Magic, I can imagine it being hugely front loaded though(esp with the lack of streaming at the moment) and could fall quite a lot week on week due to how long it's been held back. Should do at the very least 145k which is great figure in this era.

With pre-orders included, so I guess its going to drop by 40% to 50% in sales on the next update.

Really want to know where Avicii is! If he can't make the #2 then I guess I can look forward to a long chart life if he cannot make the desired peak.

I'm thinking he could be #3 at the moment.

If he is #3 it's possible streaming will keep it at #3 for the rest of the week, if not push it up to #2

That's probably 35k on Friday, 20k on Saturday and 15k on Sunday though, so another four days of 10-12k (in line with the usual day-on-day decline for held back releases in the first week) would take it to 120k max. If Spotify data all comes in it could be a good 10k higher though but iI can't see it going past 135k.

I very much doubt it. Avicii will probably miss the top 3 considering his iTunes peak is #5 and he won't have a streaming advantage (as there is still no spotify data)

I doubt it will sell 145k. Remember 70k is from Friday to sunday which is the weekend period and highest selling period of the week. Sales will drop off substantially the next few days. I predict about 110-120k.

I don't think Little Mix will be frontloaded - it's still way ahead of #2 on iTunes and dark green on Kworb. It's going to do at least 2 weeks at #1
I know their sales will be big regardless, but it's sad that Years & Years and Little Mix's first week sales will be less than they should without Spotify data.
